Aus dem Modern Dance gebrauche ich vor allem Elemente der Lim\u00f3n und der Release Technik, welche die Atmung und Spannung &#8211; Entspannung als zentrales Element haben. Aus dem Jazztanz verwende ich die typischen Isolations- und Koordinations\u00fcbungen u.a. von Mat Mattox. Kraftvolle Spr\u00fcnge und Bodenarbeit sind ebenso wichtig, wie weiche und fliessende \u201ebody waves\u201c und \u201efigures eight\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow
